Who's Been Sleeping in my bed
Tonight some guy I don't know is sleeping my my condo. Well...actually it's his condo now.
It just hit me tonight that it's no longer my place. I don't own it.
That's all.
If I don't own property, can I still vote?
As of this morning I no longer own property in the City of Long Beach!
The condo is sold!
I am a multi-thousandaire!
And I'm happy.

The French Say the Darndest Things
At work this morning I was IMing back and forth with my counterpart at the corporate office in Paris. I usually only get about an hour of his attention because of the time difference so I barrage him with questions and requests. He must really dread the end of his day.
Today he ended our conversation with: I'm off to meet my wife down on the Champs-Élysées.
To which I responded: Oh yeah...well tonight my boyfriend's taking me to the McDonald's in Compton!
To which re replied: Lucky!
Happy Anniversary to Me!
Today is the one year anniversary for my boyfriend at me. It was 365 days ago that we met for coffee and the rest has been blogging history.I think about my life before I met my boyfriend and how much happier and more at peace I am. If I hadn't met him I think I'd still be at the same crap-tastic job, still living in my tiny condo and still chasing around ne’er-do-wells. Don't get me wrong, I'd still be the same fabulous creature I am now, but I'd probably be cranky.I would say I couldn't possibly be happier with him and my life, but I know that isn't true. 'Cause every day I'm with him has been better than the day before. So it's safe to assume that tomorrow I'll be even happier than I am today. So happy 1-year Evan! Er..I mean...Ethan.
